Integrative Medicine Hormone Doctor Tatiana Batista Chicago Illinois

Dr. Tatiana Batista is a board-certified physician who specializes in Integrative Medicine, Hormone Replacement Therapy and Medical Weight Loss.  Additionally, she is trained in administering aesthetic treatments such as Botox & dermal fillers. Her expertise is in personalized care that focuses on the whole person and developing a strong patient relationship.

At an early age, her love for science, chemistry, math, and physics drew Dr. Batista to the medical industry to provide healthcare services to others. Her parents were her major influencers during her informative years. Her father inspired and encouraged her to do her best and give it her all.  Being the first international student at her medical school in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Batista looked onto mentors to help guide her in making solid career decisions.

After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Biology, and a Master’s in Physiology from the University of Illinois, Dr. Batista graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at Saint Joseph Hospital- while it was affiliated with Northwestern Memorial Hospital.  During her Master’s she also conducted research in the field of Neuroscience and published topics on Hypertension and Exercise.

In September of 2017, Dr. Batista brought her expansive knowledge and training and joined XSculpt’s practices in Chicago and Evanston, where she expanded her career in hormone therapy and vitamin optimization. Through the service lines offered at XSculpt, she found an opportunity to use innovative medical solutions to help patients overcome common health issues such as chronic fatigue, unexplained weight gain, anxiety, poor sleep and depression to name a few.  “It is very rewarding to be able to make a difference in my patients lives by helping them feel and look better. Understanding each patient as an individual adds to the quality of care we provide them, and giving them a high quality of care is a priority.” At XSculpt, her patients are able to receive the highest level of services with positive results, and that is what drives her. “I also enjoy being able to get to know my patients and their families, something that not all doctors take the time to do these days,” says Dr. Batista.

Her primary goal as a physician is lead by her passion for finding solutions that work for each of her patients. Men and women have very different bodies with extremely different needs. There are very unique health concerns for both sexes and those concerns evolve throughout various life stages. At XScuplt we have a great team of physicians and surgeons Dr. Marc Adajar and Dr. Anh-Tuan Truong who all share the passion to help people with their unique needs.” Both Dr. Adajar and Dr. Batista work together to optimize the patient’s health by reviewing their needs and combining the right mix of traditional treatments with preventative health and hormone optimization.

According to Dr. Batista, the benefits of a customized hormone optimization program can help energize and restore health to anyone whose hormones aren’t functioning at ideal levels. “Hormones contribute to almost every process within the body and each type of hormone plays a complicated role that is vital to everyday health. Optimizing (balancing) these hormones improves overall health and mood”. She believes that developing a personalized plan with the patient and specialty providers lead to successful and healthy outcomes.”
