Financial Policy at Xsculpt
Appointment Policy
We require a valid credit card on file in order to book an appointment with our office. A non-refundable $100 fee for missed appointments not canceled within 2 business days of your scheduled appointment. These charges will be your responsibility and billed directly to your credit card on file.
Surgical Consultation Appointment Policy
When you request a consultation online, we'll waive the initial $150 consultation fee for your first virtual consultation with one of our surgeons. If you prefer an in-person consultation for surgical procedures, it's available for $150. This fee will be credited towards your procedure if you decide to book with us. Please note, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 2 business days in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $100 charge and a $150 consultation fee will be charged for any future consultation appointments.
Appointment Policy for Medical Services
For new patients, a $250 fee is charged for Hormone/Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Therapy, or Medical Weight Loss. This fee includes your the cost of your lab work and your consultation with a physician. This payment is due at the time of the appointment.
Insurance
At Xsculpt, we do not accept insurance or work directly with insurance providers for any of our services. Our team does not submit claims, handle paperwork, or communicate with insurance companies regarding reimbursements for procedures, either before or after they occur. However, you can request a copy of your medical records from our office if you need them. It's important to know that it's your responsibility to contact your insurance company and submit any claims if you choose to seek reimbursement. If you have any questions or need assistance obtaining your medical records, please feel free to contact us.
Understanding Our Non-Refundable Surgery Deposit Policy
At Xsculpt, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care and ensuring that our surgical operations are efficient and effective. To facilitate this, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 when scheduling surgeries.
Our team dedicates considerable resources to prepare for your upcoming surgery. Significant planning and preparation go into your surgery before the actual procedure. This includes securing our surgical team, operating room, and arranging the necessary assisting staff and equipment required for your upcoming procedure.
These preparations involve costs that our practice incurs in advance and are integral to the success of your surgery. This includes comprehensive medical evaluations, pre-surgical tests, and sometimes customizing surgical materials and equipment specifically for your procedure.
Your non-refundable deposit acts as a confirmation and guarantees your procedure on the scheduled date and allows our team to effectively plan and prepare resources needed.

Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash, money orders, certified check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, CareCredit, Alphaeon and Affirm financing.
A 2.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
We do not charge any fees for payments made by cash or cashier's checks. Please be aware that we do not accept personal checks. This fee policy applies only to surgery invoices.
