How to use our virtual consultation option:

We offer easy and convenient virtual consultations within the comfort of your own home.

The virtual consultation allows you to share information with our doctors before you fly or make the drive into the Chicago area for non-surgical treatments or cosmetic surgery.

  1. Provide basic information about yourself by filling out the submission form below.
  2. You will receive an email notification confirming we have received your request.
  3. Please have your photos ready and our patient coordinator will contact you within 3 business days via email with further instructions.
