Thomas Recko

Thomas M. Recko, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 13 years of experience across multiple areas of healthcare, including hormone therapy, critical care, and non-surgical aesthetic medicine. He earned his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Rush University in Chicago, IL, and holds additional degrees in Nursing and Health Science from Northeastern University and Clemson University.

Tom’s clinical background is grounded in evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to patient care. His work spans hormone optimization, wellness medicine, and age management therapy—supporting patients experiencing symptoms related to fatigue, weight changes, low libido, and hormonal imbalance.

In addition to his work in hormone therapy, Tom provides non-invasive treatments for facial and body rejuvenation, including PRP, microneedling, lasers, and body skin tightening protocols. His goal is to help patients feel and function at their best—both inside and out.

Tom also has a strong research background, with publications in peer-reviewed journals such as JAMA Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery and Annals of Otology, Rhinology, & Laryngology, where he focused on pediatric airway and vocal fold disorders.
