If you plan on staying close, provide the information for when you will be arriving, and when you plan to leave (tentatively), as well as the hotel you plan to stay in.
Please note, we require out of state patients to arrive the night before their procedures and stay a minimum of 48hrs after surgery.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
For your safety, our surgery center has a policy of not releasing patients to rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft. We kindly ask you to arrange for suitable transportation following your procedure. Please note, your procedure may need to be rescheduled if appropriate transportation arrangements are not confirmed with your patient coordinator.
