A virtual consultation is a convenient way to speak with Dr. Adajar without having to travel to Chicago, Illinois. You will receive a personal one-on-one opportunity to speak directly with Dr. Adajar about your specific cosmetic goals from the comfort of your own home. Here’s how . . .
1. Step One: Complete your paperwork
In order for your virtual consultation to be confirmed, we do require the medical history and consent forms to be submitted BEFORE the time of your consultation.
2. Step Two: Submit your photos
Please email your photos to info@xsculpt.com and attach your photos using the guideline below – Dr. Adajar will use these during your consultation.
- Find a well-lit place in your home with a clean background
- From waist to the chin, no shirt, at least 6 feet from the camera take a full-frontal, 45-degree angle right, 45-degree angle left, 90 degrees right, 90 degrees left, full back – The whole torso area should be visible with no undergarments obscuring the area to be examined.
- If your consultation is for a Male BBL procedure, please also include your buttocks in your pictures to the mid-thigh (you may wear a thong).

Any and all medical information and photos you share with Dr. Adajar or XSCULPT remain confidential and become part of your medical record.
